I've been writing newsletters for years. I co-founded and sold Selling Signals (an online publication for salespeople, now 100k+ email subscribers), ran growth at Sagetap (B2B tech, $7M seed), GM'd Fit Small Business (acquired), wrote books and screenplays for fun. I love the craft. And even I couldn't keep a consistent newsletter going with the tools that existed.
ChatGPT and Claude are powerful. Getting either to write in your actual voice is a multi-prompt nightmare. The AI writing apps out there were built for marketers, not for newsletter writers. So I built Flyletter.
